Taka Solutions implemented eleven Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) including chilled water network optimization, DX unit retrofit, BMS decommissioning and more.
The result is Index Tower is now operating with unparalleled energy efficiency, setting new standards for sustainability in commercial and residential buildings.
