We are pleased to announce Taka Solutions has signed another project with Saba Properties (Saba Property Management DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre)), strengthening the 8-year journey with Saba Towers, JLT, Dubai.
This multi-million-dirham project is a Fresh Air Handling Unit (FAHU) Refurbishment for Saba Tower 1, located in JLT, Dubai. This project includes the supply, installation commissioning of four new FAHUs, and new U-Framed Dehumidifier Heat Pipes and Cooling Coils to cope with the cooling and dehumidification of fresh air for the building, in line with the recently conducted assessment and evaluation of the condition of the building’s FAHU and auxiliary systems.
