Taka Solutions’ shared savings energy performance project, the O-14 Tower has reached a momentous milestone – 5 years of successful operations.
O-14, a remarkable commercial building, has become a shining example of sustainable practices and energy efficiency. Through a collaborative approach and cutting-edge technologies and implementing 9 Energy Efficiency Measures, the project has reduced 38% of energy consumption. This has translated into tangible cost savings for the building owners, while also reducing carbon emissions by 3,500 Tons and contributing to a greener future. The project is set to conclude in December 2024.
