Taka Solutions’ 5-year financed shared savings energy performance project with Raffles Hotel Dubai has now moved into its Operations phase, with implementation being completed in July. The operations phase which is expected to conclude in 2027, will include comprehensive energy management, measurement and verification of energy savings and remote energy monitoring.
Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) such as Energy Control & Management Systems (ECMS), Metering, Interior Lighting Retrofits, FAHU & AHU Demand Control Ventilation (DCV), and more were successfully identified during the audit process and implemented during execution.
Taka Solutions forecasts to achieve almost 20% of energy savings per annum, which is equivalent to an annual greenhouse gas emission reduction (or carbon dioxide equivalent) of 2,073,773 kg.
