Taka Solutions’ 6-year Shared Savings Energy Performance Project with La Quinta by Wyndham Jumeirah has successfully transitioned into its Operations phase.
This project, fully financed by Taka Solutions, allows facility improvements at zero upfront investment, improved asset value, decreased operating costs, positive cash flow and reduction in carbon footprint.
Energy Efficiency Measures such as Chiller swap & refurbishment, FAHU replacement, BMS installation & integration, and more were implemented and are forecast to significantly reduce energy consumption at La Quinta by Wyndham Jumeirah by almost 60%, equivalent to a CO2 emissions reduction of 2,006 tons.
This project, expected to conclude in 2029, allows us to maximize the long-term energy savings and environmental benefits for the hotel.
