The Taka Solutions Shared Savings Energy Performance Contract (SSEPC) Project with Aqaar Community Management for Falcon Towers Ajman has officially shifted gears from the Implementation to the Operations phase! This project, fully financed by Taka Solutions allows facility improvements at zero upfront investment, improved asset value, decreased operating costs, positive cash flow and reduced carbon footprint.
Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) such as Chiller Plant Optimization, Lighting Retrofit, Replacement of 16 Chillers, and others were implemented and are forecast to significantly reduce energy consumption by 35% at Falcon Towers, a cluster of eight residential towers. This translates to a whopping CO2 reduction of 5,600 Tons – that’s equivalent to taking thousands of cars off the road!
Our green journey together is set to continue and make waves until 2032, promising even more remarkable strides in energy efficiency and sustainability.
