Charles Blaschke joined the leaders panel discussion on Saudi Arabia’s retrofitting strategy and delivered a key-note presentation on financing energy efficiency projects in the region.
The RetrofitTech KSA summit provides an industry update on the Kingdom’s energy efficiency programme and convenes industry leaders throughout the region to speak about their experiences through knowledge sharing and development programmes. The event is the platform for both KSA government and private sector leaders to showcase the work they have done to reduce energy intensity growth through policy change, implementation of energy management services and how technology and innovation can help achieve the desired energy reduction goals.
On November 18th, Taka’s CEO and Co-Founder, Charles Blaschke, provided expert insight into the region’s approach to the retrofit market and the opportunities to leverage technology, engineering and finance to have a greater impact on the strategy towards an energy efficient Kingdom.
On Day two of the summit, the focus was once again on Charles as he engaged the audience with an impactful presentation on financing energy efficiency projects throughout in the region and beyond
“The market still thinks that finance is the problem. It is not”. Charles demonstrated how Taka’s financing service provides the solution to the challenge of funding energy efficiency projects; opening the door to asset owners, ESCOs, equipment suppliers and solutions providers – making energy efficiency available to everyone.
