Last week Taka Solutions CEO Henrique Pereira participated in the “Net-Zero Heat” webinar conducted by Clean Energy Business Council (CEBC) in collaboration with the Long Duration Energy Storage Council Long Duration Energy Storage Council (LDES Council) and McKinsey & Company.
In this webinar, LDES Council shared insights from their upcoming Net-Zero Heat report on the future of thermal flexibility for energy system decarbonization and highlighted the applicability of thermal storage technologies for heat decarbonization, focusing on applications for industry and buildings.
The panel discussion session showcased highlights on the topic of systems’ efficiency to optimize them towards decarbonization, the role of regulation, and other topics such as trigeneration, as steps towards achieving decarbonization and Net Zero Heat goals.
