Taka Solutions has signed a green building project with Green Coast Real Estate (GCRE) on their new 110,000 sq. ft. headquarters building. Taka Solutions will be providing advanced energy modeling & engineering support to support them through the design, construction & commissioning process to achieve their ambitious Net Zero Energy goal.
This is a part of the group’s effort to establish a new regional standard & lead by example with Green Buildings. Through our technology & experience as the region’s leader in energy efficiency, engineering & technology, we aim to achieve the Nearly Net-Zero Criteria set by the Emirates Green Building Council. The project is currently in the design stage, with construction estimated to begin in 2021 & commissioning scheduled for 2022. Upon completion, Takaunify will be used to manage, analyze & operate the energy to ensure long-term performance.
