Taka Solutions’ 5-year financed shared savings energy performance contract project has now moved into the Operations phase, which is expected to conclude in 2026.

Our twelve energy efficiency measures (EEMs) include Energy Control & Management System (ECMS), chiller swap, hot water system retrofit – solar thermodynamic system, chilled water network optimization, among many others.
The successful operation of all our recommended EEMs, which were evaluated for technical and financial feasibility, will help reduce over 31% of electricity, diesel & water savings, with no cost to Miramar. This is equivalent to an annual greenhouse gas emission reduction (or carbon dioxide equivalent) of 3,423,785 kg.
